It's the tech preview privacy statement, not Windows 10 privacy statement. When Windows 10 is released and if it's privacy policy is the same then we can bitch and worry.
Could be windows update taking up a lot of ram. Show PID/command line column in task manager, then match it to the PID of windows update from services tab or the svchost with "netsvcs" in the command line. When windows update checks for updates the process can take up a lot of ram.
Make sure you configure the bios so the dvd drive is UEFI boot or if you are using a usb flash to install, that it is created correctly for UEFI boot.
In my motherboard bios, pretty much every boot device is listed twice. One for legacy bios and another for UEFI.
For the EliteDesk 800, it...

I use Argyll CMS to load my profiles. I have a batch file that runs AsAdmin via task scheduler at login. I can also run it via Girder+remote in case something resets it, like a game or whatever.

Basically you're doing a lot of cutting to mod one into mechanical.
Maybe easier to get a ms natural case then design a plate for mx or alps switches that will fit rather than to cut a lot of square holes...

Heh, all sorts of teeth related stuff gets used in keyboards. Topre dental band mod, buckling spring floss mod and denture tabs to clean caps.

Poorly configured router/firewall?
It shouldn't be routing private addresses over a wan link. Kind of suprising that TWC isn't dropping the packets once it hits their network.
XBMC could be a solution for some streams. I know there is a youtube plugin and you can select which audio device to use. Though I don't know how well it will play with games using fullscreen. You may have to use fullscreen windowed/windowed mode.
SMTP 550 is usually when the recieving email address doesn't exist or the server rejected the email. Have you set up HP ePrint to accept mail from your other email address?
Barracuda could be modifying outgoing emails and causing hpeprinter.com to reject them. Or it could be blocking them...

hammerwatch is now in the humble store for $1.99. Supposedly it was at $1.99 before the "bundle" then they raised the price to $3.99 during the bundle and now it's back at $1.99.
To make it worse:
The PWYW soundtrack is free so basically anything below the average just gets the art pack.
A single copy of the game is also cheaper in the humble store at $3.99.
Afterburner if you have an Intel cpu with quick sync video. Hit a hotkey to start/stop recording. It also support nVidia NVENC and AMD VCE (AMD's gpu encoder).

If they look like Cherry but product info never mentions Cherry, it's a clone. Funny how their other practically identical model specifically mentions Cherry. Note the keyboard CustomPCReview reviewed was the KB-POI-BRBLUS-01 (Poseiden with Cherry switches) and not the KB-PIZ-KBBLUS-01...
"48195 K - BAD" means it's not aligned properly. Mis-aligned partitions on an SSD can reduce performance. This is the first thing you should fix.

GPT is required for partitions larger than 2tb. To boot from GPT requires using UEFI instead of BIOS (or some fancy workarounds). I'm guessing it's currently BIOS/MBR. Right-click on Disk1 in disk management and look at the volumes tab. It should tell you if it's MBR or GPT.

Change "REGEDIT" to "Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00".
Seems like it should work either way but when I tried it. It wouldn't get added to the registry unless I changed it.
You could check mouser. They have all sorts but their search doesn't have diameter or length so you'll have to check the specs manually in the data sheets.

I think the effect is the same. I've done the edid override on my 32lh30 and when I tried one of Full RGB togglers, nothing changed.
I'm guessing it would allow hdmi sound while giving the benefit of full rgb.
I haven't used them but heat shouldn't be an issue with ssds. None of mine produce any heat.
The hotswap racks have 4 sata ports on the back you plug into and it shouldn't cause any slow downs since it's just a pass-through to the drives...
You can squeeze 2 more ssds in with a 4in1 instead of 2in1 5.25 adapter.
