I think I might have seen this in action already. A bunch of random nonsense i.e. asfdash.blogspot.in loading a hidden frame from another blogspot.de address. They can't "force" you, but they can lure you in with a facebook link that spreads virally.

I have a need for speed, and my 10k raptors are dying! Online backups saved the day, but I really need something a little less twitchy.

I'll admit to using the "like" button for local businesses, but forget it for national chains. They have enough exposure already. I suspect the research done here only looked at "big" players, hence the idea that it stinks. I'm pretty sure it rocks for small players that need exposure.

Uninstalled the nvidia driver in safe mode, used the cleaner, and SP1 installed fine after a reboot. Thanks for your help, everyone!

Azhar, Thanks for the links. I'm thinking what I might try is just installing the whole service pack while in safe mode, since it only happens while installing the SP anyway. In theory, it would not bluescreen after the full installation would be done. (Or I could use driver cleaner at...

Hi all, I've been trying to install SP1 on my Vista Home Premium machine for the past 4 days now, and have been totally failing every time. I downloaded the latest WQHL drivers from nVidia released at the beginning of the month and installed those, but x74.74 doesn't seem to be doing much...

I looked at the fine print, and for both the SERO and "everything" plans, phone as modem is NOT included. However...SERO is hard to beat on the price for voice service.

The 64-bit disk is 9.99+tax extra. I did this with my own machine, and got the disk within a week. Just to make people aware. :)
