I'll offer $275 on the Xoom, if you're interested PM me. Thanks!
EDIT: Also let me know if you're not interested, so I can keep shopping around. Again, thank you.
I think I might have seen this in action already. A bunch of random nonsense i.e. asfdash.blogspot.in loading a hidden frame from another blogspot.de address. They can't "force" you, but they can lure you in with a facebook link that spreads virally.
Hi all,
I have an older AM2 based motherboard (ABIT AN9-32X) where the plastic mount "ears" for the heatsink have sheared off on one side. I'm just using a stock heatsink without too much weight to it, and I'm thinking I'll probably never replace the 4600+ currently mounted on the board.
To...
I'll admit to using the "like" button for local businesses, but forget it for national chains. They have enough exposure already. I suspect the research done here only looked at "big" players, hence the idea that it stinks. I'm pretty sure it rocks for small players that need exposure.
I think I'm going to wait and see what happens to the SERO plan after the cutover date. Maybe the added features will still add up to a pretty sweet deal. :)
The new iPhone looks really great, and I love the feature set. The $60.00 (+eleventy billion dollars in fees) per month minimum is kind of killer, though. Also, you have to sign up for a 2 year contract with AT&T despite the lack of rebate or anything indebting you to them.
Sprint SERO +...
Great, thanks for the response. That gives me an idea of what to look for, especially since my older Sanyo does have s-video.
Is there a site somewhere that tracks the release of these things? Where did you learn about the upcoming boxes?
Thanks!
Hey all, (Mods, I think this is the right forum, if not, move me please.)
I recently got reminded that I should be thinking about a DTV converter box for my older TVs/receivers. I was waiting up until this point to see what the manufacturers put out.
What's the general opinion here...
You can indeed turn off your pagefile completely, just you might run out of memory if you don't have enough physical memory to suit your needs. (Obvious.)
The non-obvious thing about your pagefile (separate from your hibernation file) is that it should be at least as large as your physical...
I noticed you said 60+ locations. We use CiscoWorks where I am, and it (so far) has worked pretty well for managing a lot of network gear. It also takes care of inserting the right boot line, ordering, etc. (And clearing the old image, among other things it does.)
Are you a Cisco shop? Is...
I've gotten burned on the MIR once before, but I noticed a thread in [H]'s memory section where a company rep is overriding the stupid rebate house and making sure people get them. This convinced me to try them again.
Help! Save me from my own stupidity before it's too late! :D
I'm looking at this board for my wife: http://www.evga.com/articles/401.asp
Another: http://www.evga.com/products/moreinfo.asp?pn=123-YW-E175-A1
And I'm looking at this memory on sale from newegg...
Howdy Newegg Webmaster,
I was wondering if it might be possible to get a [H]ot deal on this:

PLUS
Some form of DDR 8500 RAM :)
I could probably even be convinced to buy a quad-core CPU thrown in there...
Azhar,
Thanks for the links. I'm thinking what I might try is just installing the whole service pack while in safe mode, since it only happens while installing the SP anyway. In theory, it would not bluescreen after the full installation would be done. (Or I could use driver cleaner at...
Hi all,
I've been trying to install SP1 on my Vista Home Premium machine for the past 4 days now, and have been totally failing every time. I downloaded the latest WQHL drivers from nVidia released at the beginning of the month and installed those, but x74.74 doesn't seem to be doing much...
I looked at the fine print, and for both the SERO and "everything" plans, phone as modem is NOT included. However...SERO is hard to beat on the price for voice service.
