The relay is 5v and I am putting 5v through it. The question more less is there another factor than voltage when dealing with the relay? Possibly not enough amperage?
The power to the chime is the wol 5v which replaced the 3 batteries. I know the speaker output is 5v when the button is pressed and the relay is 5v as well. Any other thoughts.

How long ago was it, they didn't switch right away. Now it is all in India and if it is not a scripted response they cannot do anything for you and have nobody to transfer you that can do anything. I have spent many of many hours on hold with HP and cursed myself for having to deal with them.
