I spent one day in an American jail. 18 months in a Chinese prison... I'd rather just kill myself. That's ludicrous for telling some people some specs of an electronic device. Not that I'm an apple hater, but if it ever came to light that apple had some sort of influence behind this ruling I'd...
You're right when you say there isn't a "standard" for stability. That's exactly why these discussions take place.
A lot of people have been saying BFBC2 is harder on these cpu's than some torture tests. BFBC2 runs fine for me at 4.7GHz. I ran prime for 11 hours with no errors. Yet last night...
2500k @ 4.7GHz with 1.36 volts. Using my trusty Ultra-120 after 8+ hours of prime it gets a little toasty at 75-78C. Playing BFBC2 or SC2 for a couple hours it doesn't go higher than 65C.
This is coming from a 4300 core 2 duo at 2.7Ghz and a x1950 pro so needless to say I am thoroughly...
I see, thanks for the information every one, a new PSU it is.
So on that note, any recommendations on a brand and output?
Obviously, something to handle a 6950(potentially with a 6970 bios) and as heavily an overclocked sandy bridge as I can get. I have no desire for cross-fire, or any...
Ah, see, I'm using this PSU from an existing computer so I'd rather not upgrade if I don't have to. Thanks for the recommendation though, I'll keep it in mind if this PSU isn't up to the task.
I'm mainly interested in whether or not this power supply will handle 6950(6970 bios) and an overclocked SB processor. If it's not then I'll worry about upgrading it, but if it will work I'd rather put the money I'd use to upgrade this PSU into something more performance oriented.

Power supply in question.
Basically will this handle a 6950(going to try the 6970 bios) and a new Sandy bridge platform?
I have one hard drive, one optical drive and will be adding an ssd.
Ok, tried entering BIOS with no external connections, no battery - just power cord, no hard drive, and no cd-rom and it still hangs. Have the thing almost completely apart right now and I can't find any on board batteries to remove to clear the cmos, nor any jumpers that may reset it.
Is the...
I've tried entering the BIOS with no USB devices, no battery/wall plug-in, and no hard drive.
I'll try it all once again along with the cd drive removed too.
Do you (or possibly any one else) know if there is a jumper to reset the BIOS for a Toshiba a45-s120? Pretty obscure information I'm...
So, a friend from work asked me to look at his laptop for him. He first complained of random restarts and BSOD
It's a Toshiba a45-s120 running windows xp.
When I turn it on, it tells me Windows didn't start successfully and gives me the options of safe mode, safe mode with networking etc...
The dude stabbed a guy in the chest over some typed words. If you seriously get that angry over something so obviously trivial, you're definitely a dangerous person.
Would you hunt some one down for months over what they said to you over the internet? If you would, you should be locked up...
I text and drive. In fact, I'm a delivery driver and I text ALL NIGHT LONG while I'm at work and have been doing so for three years, and I have not once been remotely close to an accident.
The fact of the matter is people can't fucking drive in the first place any way. People think there cute...

And I was just wondering, is there any reason I shouldn't get the plasma? I plan on watching movies and gaming on it...
I recently decided to switch back to XP from W7 due to my OS drive only being 36GB and running out of room very quickly.
After I switched back, everything seemed fine until I decided to open some folders on my other drive. These folders gave me an access denied error when I tried to open...
