Somewhat impulsively purchased this monitor last week to round out my new desk setup.
So far so good for me with no major issues with the display. I have used it 8+ hours a day for work/gaming since Friday. The KVM switch is a nice feature for switching between my work laptop (USB-C) and...
Posting this up here since when I was building this machine I couldn't find anything done with the mATX version of this case only the ATX. Hopefully will help someone else in case they want to do something similar.

Yes I use it as a boot drive. It doesn't seem any faster or slower than my 850 Pro SSD when it comes to booting up. Takes longer for the BIOS to initialize than to it takes to get to the desktop. Don't have an OS install on my 850 Pro anymore so can't do any real timing comparisons at the moment.
For the drain I was just going to put it at the bottom. Then get two sets of quick disconnects. With the extra quick disconnect attach two pieces of tubing keeping one end open. So when I need to drain just disconnect the loop then hook up the two QD+tubes to their opposite number and let it...
Working on building my first machine that has a custom water cooling loop in it. Would like to have someone check over my setup to make sure things are correct plus I have three questions.
Questions
Drain Valve - I believe I want to put this on the back at the bottom where I passing...
Was thinking of making the making the jump to one these monitors. For people that have gone from a larger 30" (ZR30W) how was the experience? The G-Sync + 144 Hz sure sounds nice but afraid I might miss the larger display.
Did a similar setup this spring been working great once I got everything up and going. I had some initial issues with getting the machine to post. I believe the reason for that was memory wasn't getting fully seated into the socket. Put it in and out a few times and then it just started...
I tried out the new 12.7 beta driver with 12.7 CAP2 which supposedly had support for Guild Wars 2. Since the profile was associated with gw2dev.exe I set it up to run with gw2.exe. Performance was less than 10 fps. Switching back too a single card I got 60+ fps. Was running at 2560x1600 with...
I am using FeedR for my Google Reader. Has 2 Way sync and a nifty widget that shows all your feeds. It does however cost $2 to get. I have also heard good things about NewsRob.
Thanks for the info. Helped me figure out why a lot of my downloads where always corrupted. Reinstalled the (6.53) nforce drivers without the Network Access Manager and it everything works perfectly.
Just got my 2405 today and played few hours of WoW on it at 1920x1200. Running it with a AMD 64 3200 with 1 gig of memory and a BFG 6800 GT. Ogrimmar was a little laggy at around 20 fps or so. Everyone where else was 30ish or higher. Really liking the 2405 so far might get a new desk though...

I had horrible problems with COH and a AIW 9800 Pro as well. Would play great for 30 minutes then would drop down to less than 8 fps for about a minute. Then it would be okay for 15 minutes or so then would drop back down. Tried reformating and reinstalling XP, tons of different drivers, made...
Was thinking of upgrading my MB & CPU so that I get full use out of my new 6800GT thats on the way but I got a question.
I was looking at getting either a Chaintech or Epox board but reading through the manuals for both boards it seems that when you use the front panel audio hookups you...
Had same issue. I fixed the problem by turning off Fast Write. Check this thread for more info.

Had the same problem seems like their are two things which can cause this problem. First is with the fast write option. When I unchecked that option the problem corrected itself for me. Second if you are using a hyper-threading cpu, dx9b, and a TV-Turner you may run into this problem. There...
Didn't try the fix since that seemed mostly for hyper threading based cpus which I don't have. However I did notice some people had success disabling first writes. Gave that a try and it seems to have corrected the problem. Giving it the all day work out today to really test out the fix...
Thanks a bunch I will give that a try when I get home tonight from work. Would be great if I didn't have to RMA this card hate doing that its such a pain.
Having the same problem here. I tried both the 3.9 cat with 8.8 mmc and 4.2 with 8.9 mmc. Both times I reformatted and installed WinXP. I also tried the card in a different machine with the same results. Going to just RMA this card back since I am at the end of my 30 day time on rma'ing it...
I was wondering if anyone else has run into this sort of problem with the All in Wonder 9800 Pro.
After using the TV viewing for approx 30 minutes the entire computer will freeze up for a second then the signal to the monitor will stop. If I am using it in Thru View then I will get a...
Looking at getting a new case and will need a new power supply to go along with it. I am not to familiar with power supplies and was hoping to get some question answered.
First question I have is how big of a power supply should I get? The machine that will be using the new power supply...
