Well...as said in the news article a couple times...."thinking outside the box" is exactly what Falanx is doing....maybe ATi and Nvidia have looked "outside the box" but maybe not far enough.
Also....how do you know how much aid Falanx has recieved from there government ??? how do you know...
hmm well alot of you are saying "it cant be done" or "to out there" but just today i was joking around with a friend about this and then read this thread....its in the future guys....onboard video is gonna be back....graphic cards are gonna get to power hungry and to powerfull...there gonna go...
OH, btw, talk to the admins there at iG, stupid ass....i was the one that found the kid for you guys while being banned and got him to stop. Sorry, not a friend, a person at my school who got the link from the saved history on the computers...so get your facts straight. Go talk to...
OHHH trust me Gallow glass....this had nothing to do with cat5...this had to do with my monitors and me seeing his dealings....you and most of iG has no clue about that guy....Me and rasputin had a converstation about him, and for the moment he wasnt to worried about him.
ALSO, you have no...
Ive never heard how loud these things are...but im gonna say yes...the reason being is the fans will create a white noise...like static or a blank channel on a tv. White noise drowneds out all other noises and creates a noiseless situation basicly. Thats why sleeping with the tv on or a fan on...
both of you guys...and everyone on these forums need to watch out for this guy...i knew this guy personally...and as i ratted him out on indygamers, i was banned because he didnt wanna be brought out...this guy is a scam and a very bad person to deal with, if anyone wants to take him to court...
Damn, i know your on a time frame, but i say throw the time frame away and go for the new batmobile...that thing is PIMP. However yes it does look pretty hard lol
Nice work, good luck and good job man
alright...renderings are scheduled to start tommorow...i might even do a small rendered video for anyone that wants to message me and have it sent to them...I think im gonna try and learn cad today to start drawings on it also...so my ideas are finally gonna start getting pressed out soon
you can probaly find some help from these guys . The link i just gave you would probaly help you out alot, i know they have mini atx boards, and i think they might have nano atx boards...if there out yet.
They also have a ton of parts that you would need in your project, so good luck and have...
ehhh...so you want it the size of a 4 port router basicly....i know you can buy ethernet cards with 4 ports...there expensive though. you can buy "L" pci stand off's or if it doesnt position the card where you want it in that case, you could probaly have someone from [H] build you a device that...
oh yea i know there expensive...but i was just saying. I have access to all that jazz and maybe one day own some of the stuff....it would deffintly be nice to atleast lol.
lol im late on this thread ...but that would have never been done with a 4" saw....you would have to do it an inch at a time...4 different blades....just like he had to do it with probaly 3-5 different bits on the lathe.
it would have been 10x faster if you guys would of used a CNC mill tho...
ok...so not only the case, but everything inside the case that is electrical has to be isolated to? So assuming i have my case up on ruber feet, and the psu, water pump, fans, motherboard, cd rom, and the hard drive isolated with rubber washers and nylon screws then ill be fine ....or wrong?
well with the glue you would have to set groves in each of the sheets for the other sheets to fit in to. I didnt think about the binding connectors, those are a good alternative to the bar stock like i suggested, much easier for you to. If your gonna carry it i would go with 1/4" plexi glass...
i would use some bars of alluminum to hold everything together...create slots in the bars for the plexi glass to slide in to and drill and tap each ends of the bar so that you can screw the tops and bottoms to the bar stock. To do what i have in mind you would need to have the plexi glass...
Nice ideas. I understand what your saying about the slant and the motherboard not being real close...but the only add on card im using is gonna be a video card...nothing else. The video card sits in far enough that it wont matter at all... The building will start in august, possibly sooner...
