dont use JB QWICK... jb qwick is really meant for metal to metal gluing... try getting some testors plastic model cement... it physically melts the two together and the bonds em... that would work best...

i think im gunna go with something like this... but with the door ill probably start workin on this pretty soon as the res shouldnt cost too much... all i have to do then is find some one who will machine the "tombstone" ;) and a person with a table saw for the door...

plus clean up is alot easier, one tool, a few bits.. tadaa... plus, when using larger more powerful tools, shit can go wrong alot faster, jigs saws do jam,and can bend a side panel in a heart beat... (ive never seen a dermel do that) angle grinders can slip, cut through a panel and...

but what he is saying is that why spend 30 bux on a jig-saw, 20 bux on a mini-sander, 40 bux on a drill w/ cutting bits, 40 bux for a cheap router, 50 bux on an angle grinder when you can get an all-in-one package for under 50...

i just got the blue wave master, its clean, elegant, and stylish, sooooo... i have to recomend that one dont worry its quite a large case unless he meant drive bays wise, then its a normal mid-tower...
