What is actually modefied in the BIOS? Since Ultra BIOS's already have 1.4V what is modded?

It wont go over 430mhz right? See thats when the extra molex comes in :) It is needed for further overklocking. That is why the Ultras are equipped with them. But to answer your question i have a 430W Aspire PSU

That still wont make it breake the 430 barrier since thats were the extra power is needed for it to exeed. I bet nVIDIA put that extra molex on there so that the card wouldnt get the image of a sh*t OC'r. Because the NV40 WILL do 400/1100 with a single molex

I was thinking about this today when i was looking at my BFG 6800GT. At the area where there is the missing extra molex that the Ultras use, there are little led connectors and everything that needs for a molex to be connected. The only thing that is missing is actually just the molex connector...

Considering how shitty ATi's biggest and badest handled DOOM3 id think the 9800 wont even come close to everything at high. Maby medium @ 1024x768

What is the difference between the Dusk demo and Dusk Ultra demo? Ive been dying to know and i havent ben able to actually download and test to see the difference since i havent ben home (on vacation) Thanks

I recently got a BFG 6800GT and on one of the disks that followd, it said that it contained drivers (ofcourse) and 3D Demos. I havent ben able to install the card yet since i havent been home. So i was wondering if those "demos" are the Naulu, Timbury. and Pirate demos? If anyone here can...

eeh.. GT has 16 pipes to so i dont see what the problem is. And for the extra molex why would the bios want more voltage? the only difference is that its 50mhz higer core and 100mhz higher memory clocks. So if you wouldve clocked it that way it would want that extra voltage even then

Yea i know. First of i will clock it up to Ultra speeds and see if its stable. And if it is i really want to flash it. So that it stays that way even if i move the card into different systems etc. And its always neat to have it say 6800 Ultra in system specs and so on :p
