I purchased one of these and picked it up back in early Sept, had to drive to BB warehouse to pick it up.
The reports are real, this display is the best I have ever seen, also own an s95b, a80j, LG c1.

That is interesting, what monitor did your friend have.
I feel like modern day LCD (even moreso with OLED) look so much more crystal clear than CRT used to and now with these high refresh rates the motion and movement is 10x better.
They have already announced 49 and 77 inch models for 2023 so I would think they would have announced 42 as well if it was coming in 2023.
There are some concerns around text color fringing with the current pixel structure of QD-OLED.
Anything over 1800 watts is going to trip that breaker, and that is 1800 watts on the whole run, so whenever the breaker flips and power is lost, whatever is down at that time is on that same run and cannot go over 1800 watts at any time or it will trip that breaker.

Same, for FPS such as battlefield it's keyboard and mouse on the local monitor.
For other games it's nvidia shield gamestream to the living room with controller and TV/Surround sound.
I would wait for ddr5 pricing to come down as well as some more pci-e gen 5 stuff to come out and then make your purchase.
