I have a quick question about the 24". I received mine a week ago, and whenever I maximize the screen while playing DVDs the picture gets completely screwed up. The image is very distorted. I know it's because the DVD isn't scaling properly... but I'm wondering if any of you had the same problem...

Before I get the dell 24" I just wanted to find out what you have to say about hooking it upto a digital cable box. Is it easy? Does DVR-HD come with a DVI-output that you connect directly to the monitor or does it connect to the dell 24" some other way? Thanks, Warborn

Is there any way around that? Can you play Doom3 on your primary monitor and alt-tab into other applications without mizimizing Doom3? Anyone know a setup that allows that? Warborn

So what happens when are start up Doom3, for example? It plays on your primary monitor but leaves the second one untouched? Then you can alt-tab between the game and the apps on the other monitor?

But I'm looking at spending less than $1500, and for that money you can get a 23" HP or the 24" Dell plus two nice small 17" lcds to flank the widescreen. Anyone already have this setup?

So I just bought an xbox this past weekend, the a/v cable has male connectors that go into the tv- one red, one yellow, one white. That's still component inputs right, even though you guys are referring to them as red-green-blue? Thanks,

The 2005fpw is listed as having composite inputs, but it doesn't have the three red-white-yellow plugs...

The resolution is higher, and it has component inputs (red-white-yellow plugs)

And you can never have too many USB ports... even most good cases only have 2 front USB ports...

I just got the Dell 2005fpw yesterday. It's awesome. I have a few (5 I think), dead pixels and some white light in the corners (especially the upper left), but I don't notice them at all unless I look for them. I have a quick question - I'm using the 6800 GT and there's a lot of flickering...

Where is everyone getting these coupon codes from? I'd like to order the 2005, but after seeing on Dell's site less than a month ago for $630 I can't stomach paying $800 now. Anyone have a coupon code they aren't going to use or know how to get one?
