AKASA Vortexx NEO VGA cooler...
I just hopped on the Sapphire 4850 combo with the OCZ PC2 6400 and am looking for a different aftermarket cooler just in case my Zalman VF900 can't cool it sufficiently, does anyone have this...? it looks cool as shit and fits in with all the blue LEDs in my case, but I can't find a link to anywhere in the states that sells it...



I've checked everywhere online that I know of...

Geeks √
Xoxide √

none of them have it...

any help...?

I have one, but I'n in the UK. Here's a list of a lot of shops who are selling it. Your best bet is probably ebay, this guy is shipping worldwide.

Yeah, ever since I read the review over at Driverheaven I've been keeping an eye on their thread and bitgod is right - seems that Sidewinder may be the likely source to getting it State side soon. I just fired them an e-mail so hopefully I'll get a response from them soon.

hmm .. not sure whether it's worth it or not ..

I've one installed on my 4850 in a tiny Lian li V-350 ..

temperature result is 41c idle to 58 load ... probably due to limited intake .. despite of the dual 12cm intake of the case.

As for the noise output it's somewhere around 38 dba .. not really as what the cooler claim..

it's the most noisy thing in my entire setup ...
