Insanity!!!

hmmm 20+ years ago I invented a whole line of personal devices, EXACTLY as they were actually released 20 years later with the same names and prices...

WTF how does this even make it to a judge... Even a traffic judge would throw this crap out.

I don't know why everyone's so quick to dismiss this guy's claims. He might be crazy, sure...

But...he said he had actual artwork, letters and documents from pre-Pod times. I, for one, would love to see those before calling him a fraud. We also know that Apple is notorious for stealing people's ideas and acting like they came up with them all by themselves. They steal ideas first and answer questions later, just like with the iPhone. They took the name, used it, then settled it with the company who actually owned it. They copied ads and commercials nearly frame-by-frame without asking anyone, etc.

I wanna see where this is going.

Amazing that he not only came up with the idea twelve years early, he came up with the whole product line including itunes, which wasn't even an apple product to begin with. Wow what a real pioneer that guy is.

What's with all the hate? The dude makes some far-reaching claims, but he has documentation, not to mention a congressman and the FBI as support and backup sources for his ideas.

So let's let the legal system handle this, k?

Whatever....I still haven't gotten my cash for creating oxygen. See, I am such a badass that even when I was millenia from being born, I told those subatomic particles that I was going to give them a hellacious amount of hurt if they don't start making themselves useful and becoming Oxygen.

They listened.

two weeks later, I visualized a splinter and through my awesome powers used it to create Chuck Norris.

Digital Downloads were a topic of discussion while I was in college in the late 80's, keep in mind this was just after CD players became available. Even then people could see the possibilities....

Having said that.. the guy is batshit crazy...

Ya, my thought exactly, either a litigious opportunist with a huge ego, or schizophrenic, or both.
