Went to the local Best Buy in Logan UT and they had 3 in stock...like anyone else here probably even knows where that's at.

If you have a traditional air cooler, I can't see why you haven't bought this yet.
Get it! Your case will have a much cleaner look and more space without having to work around a huge cooler.

I bought the two left here at the Watson Rd. store here in St. Louis, MO. I'll be returning one though because I ended up not needing it.

I have this and a mugen 2 - mugen is on c0 stepping this on the d0 I jsut got. I would rate them pretty even actually. My C0 can run 4 ghz with all the goodies (ht etc) turned off - I opted to dial down to stock voltage 3.6 and all put the throttling turned on and get consistent 72C loads on 4 cores running occt.
On the new D0 I have left everything on upped the voltage to 1.3 20x200 xmp1 for 1600 ddr (12 gigs of patriot) and under occt stress tests it hits 89C - never crashes but is to hot for my liking. I will probably dial it down to 3.8 see how it does.
