Yea it's weird the Mute key icon shows that it's muting, but the speakers don't mute. I've got another keyboard plugged in that could be it. If you haven't tried the Logitech Compact Keyboard K300 it's really nice. Very quite laptop style keys. I got it at Office Depot for $19 on sale. Anyway I'll have to see if having 2 keyboards plugged in is confusing the G110.

anybody notice that they only have 2 colour of led backlight (red & blue) and not green? If only g19 got rid of that annoying power adapter, I'll get it in an instant. There's enough wires in my house as it is

Just got the keyboard in today. I am moving to this from just the generic crap keyboards that usually ship with machines and I am liking it so far. Keys feel pretty good.

How is the feel of the keyboard? Is the key pressing more like that of a laptop or is it the exact same as the G15 (v2)?

Yeah there's a reason for there not being RGB colors though. Have a look at the comments section of this link: http://blog.logitech.com/2009/10/15/...ge-1/#comments

Are any of you guys experiencing the spacebar feeling less responsive than other gaming keyboards? All the other keys seem fine but the spacebar is requiring far more pressure to register the keystroke than what I thought is standard. Here is what I posted on the logitech forum...
Hello good sir's and madam's, I just bought my G110, installed it, tested it, was loving it, until I started to do some typing on it. The spacebar seems fairly unresponsive compared to what I'm used to on other keyboards. In order to get a space, it requires more effort to push in order to register the keystroke. All the other keys are completely responsive as to what I'm used it. What I need help figuring out is if this is a faulty keyboard or if the keyboard is working fine and I just need to adapt to the new sensitivity. Points of reference: 1. I owned the G15v1 and LOVED it. Unfortunately it died to a spilt beer. 2. I went to the dark side and tried one of the Razer keyboards. Like a little of it. HATED most of it. Fortunately, this died to a split beer as well. Regardless, the spacebar worked on the same lvl as my G15v1. I make mention of my prior two keyboards to establish a point of reference to what I'm used to. Also, I'm attaching a picture of the keyboard as well. If you look at it closely, the spacebar seems to rest far lower than the rest of the keys. Its especially noticable if you compare it to the ALT keys to the left and right of the spacebar. Anyways, any help on figuring this out would be very appreciated. If the issue is just adapting to it, I can deal with it. Thanks for your time everyone! Picture: Thanks for any feedback provided. I REALLY want to love this keyboard but this spacebar is just going to slow me down in its current state.

LOL, sounds like your clumsiness with beer is a far worse enemy than any spacebar!

Mine's level also. I'd pop off the spacebar and have a look see though that may void your warranty though Logitech would probably not know you took it off if you're careful and don't happen to have a beer near by.

Gentlemen,
I appreciate the help you've given me. I returned the keyboard back to Microcenter, had them open up another box and the spacebar look normal (Level with the other keys). Soon as I got home, I plugged that badboy in and it worked perfectly. Now I just have to remember keeping the beer away from the desktop lol. Thanks again
