Need help planning a WC setup.

I have a budget of about $400 - 450, if I need to I can hold off and save up more money, I don't want to sacrifice quality. From what I have read, I think this is possible with my budget. My case is setup for water cooling, it has grommets to run the tubing through stock. I want to cool both the CPU, GPU, and then buy the clear side window for my case.

My setup:
- Phenom II X4 955
- XFX 4870
- Gigabyte MA790X
- Coolermaster Sniper

I was hoping that I would be able to mount the radiator to the top of the case. It sits under my desk and if I were to mount it to the back of the case it would cause the case to protude out further than I would like.
