D-tek FuZion Intel Core i7 (LGA1366) Pro-Mount Set Contact Problem

I have bought the Pro mount for D-tek Fuzion V1, but i realized after installing that it is not making contact with the CPU?

The Pro Mounts plates are lower than the Block itself which is holding the block back from contacting the CPU, it does not even make a slight contact after screwing all the way?

I found the problem. It is the 4 screws which HOLDs the Pro Mount with the Fuzion bottom, even full tightly screwed they are higher than the Fuzion's base.

I went to ACE Hardware and get the screws with lower Head, now it is making contact perfectly fine.
