Parts advice from the ground up
Going to be another first time WC build. Fortunately budget isn't of much concern. Read all the stickies at various sites, but most haven't been updated for 6+ months, so just want to confirm there aren't overwhelmingly better options for around the same price, or if anyone has a bad experience with them and would recommend me an alternative.
I'm getting the Corsair 800D case, so trying to keep a clean black theme going here, no fancy uv or led stuff. Pump: Swiftech MCP655 Tubing: Tygon R3400 7/16in. ID 9/16in. Rad: Feser XChanger Triple 120mm Xtreme Performance Radiator Res: EK Dual Bay SPIN Reservoir Fittings: Dangerden FB (Fat Boy) G 1/4 Fittings - 1/2" Barb Fans: Noctua NF-P12 (Can I just spray paint these black without F'ing them up?) I'm going to be applying this setup to my existing build, with just the cpu in the loop for now. Looking at building a new rig by early next year, and adding the NB and GPU, and possibly another rad. I haven't researched the blocks yet. Don't know if I want to try it on my old 478 P4 system, where if I have a disaster it'll probably make me laugh, or my current LGA775 where it would not be so amusing. Any cheap block recommendations for either without regards to performance would be appreciated. Will get a performance block for the cpu later when I know what I'm getting.

Always get Swiftech radiators. I understand budget isn't a concern, but paying almost $100 more for a 1c difference in temps just isn't worth it to anyone. So my first suggestion is the MCR320 over that the Feser X-Changer 120.3/
Next, I recommend the Enzotech Sapphire as the CPU waterblock. It is just as good as the Heakiller LT/CU, has better flow, and is very inexpensive. It can be had for about $40 shipped on Newegg and fittings and the 1366 bracket are free in combo deals. Tygon tubing isn't worth it imo and doesn't really offer any advantages over something like Masterkleer. Jab-tech and Petra's Tech Shop offer MasterKleer 7/16 ID 5/8 OD tubing for .59 cents a foot. For fans I would go with 120x38mm fans if possible. They provide more static pressure to push through the fins on the rad, so at any speed 120x38mm fans are always better performers. The reservoir is only needed for fast bleeding, but the aesthetics and the time you save bleeding over a T-Line is worth the money though. If your not all for a reservoir, you can use a T-Line. If you want the reservoir, XSPC makes a better one than EK imo. But the one you picked is fine too.

Thanks for the advice.
Definitely will go for the MCR320 if the performance difference is that negligible. That waterblock looks good, will make note of it for when I build my new system. Main reason for the tygon tubing is it is black, want it to go with my case and I don't really want to mess with dyes. Thanks for the fan advice. See some good 120x38 ones. Was looking at this res from XSPC, think it would look good in my case, but it is aluminum. Hear it is a very bad idea to mix that in your loop, or it is ok if you use antifreeze but you have to drain and refill much more ofter which I don't want to be doing. Didn't see this one last night, but it looks like it would go with my case ok as well: http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/xsacdu5refor.html

How often do you plan on draining and refilling? If it's once or twice a year, I'm sure you'd be good with that radiator and a bottle of Corrosion Blocker.
