Newegg Ordering Issues?

I just spent 630$ at newegg and went through the processing page (with the 4 eggs flashing) . I never received an email confirming my order, and my order is not listed in my account. The good news is my credit card has not been billed, which would probably mean I am in the clear.

I have been on hold though for almost 30 minutes in hopes of figuring out what the situation is over there. Is anyone else having issues like this?

Edit: As typing this they finally answered and I told them the situation. She got off the phone for 2 minutes and then came back and said, we have been experiencing this all day and that my order should be processed in ~2 hours. I guess if it doesnt get processed then I am SOL right? Since their Black Friday deals end today (or am I wrong in that assumption).

Sorry if this isnt the correct forum, but I just guessed that it may be considering all the PC builds done in this forum with newegg links.

Admin Edit - In all situations like this, the only way to know for sure what's going on is to deal directly with the vendor (in this case, NewEgg).
We can guess and assume but getting the actual status is what you're after....and they are the only ones that can hook you up. Thanks - B.B.S.
