Ships from Tiger Direct though. got burned from them a very long time ago 6 years on their rebate deals. Still have a bad taste in my mouth. Good price though

damn that is a great price. these CPUs OC well also 3+ is very do able. I have one in my HTPC and it is a strong CPU

Hmm, this is a direct competitor to the e5200 for $40. I'd say the 5200 probably OCs better but I think this one beats it stock.

Depending on the motherboard, these cpu's average anywhere between 3.3 to 3.6ghz on air. Although 3.4 to 3.6ghz would likely need a bump in voltage, and possibly a better heatsink.

I can run mine at 3.2ghz under-volted but normally keep it at 3.4ghz.
