WD 1TB ext. HDD $59.99 Target B&M

Target has the WD Elements external 1TB HDD on sale for $59.99. It's in their 2 day sale ad. I think price is good through Saturday. No link but you can check Target.com to confirm.

good price..... since its a WD you could just strip the drive and use it as an internal.... most likely a SE16 drive

I don't believe there is a 1TB SE16 'Blue' drive. Most likely it's a Green series going by past WD external drives.

Had the wife pick one up for me yesterday. I'm pretty sure its a low rpm drive, its very quiet. Not a bad deal, but I forgot how slow USB drives are.

Yes, it's a Low RPM drive. But who cares for an external storage drive @ $60

I bought 2 of these. They had 8 left on the shelf and when I went back to get another one, they were all out. Go figure.

Sometimes I love living in the middle of nowhere.

Bangor, Maine location had around 20 sitting right out in the open. I'm seriously wondering if I was the first person to buy one.

Thanks for the heads up, OP.

Yep living in Maine does have some benefits, now if we only had a Microcenter and Frys.

Yeah, there's the downside. I always see all those awesome deals and I'm like "WHY NOT HERE?!".

Oh well, you win some you lose some.
