X1800 Series and X1900 Series OC settings

Good thread, bump. I'm still waiting on newer drivers and software before OC'ing my XTX.
 
Does anyone know for sure what those chips are to the left of the MOSFets? (they are labeled "pulse"). I've heard that these are voltage regulators.
