I have a very nice Fujitsu Stylistic 3500 Tablet PC that I no longer use. The specs are as follows.
Intel Celeron 500 MHz Processor
256 MB Ram
Brilliant, 10.4 inch SVGA Active TFT Screen (Great Resolution!) Indoor/outdoor viewable.
Stylus pen included
15 GB Hard Drive
1 USB Port: To hook up a digital camera, keyboard and mouse, etc.
1 PCMCIA Ports: To make your laptop high speed and or Wireless internet capable!
Ports: Parallel, Floppy, Sound out, Mic, IR, and wireless keyboard IR port
Simultaneous support of external monitor and internal display (Great for presentations)
Video: ATI® Rage Mobility- M high performance graphics controller 3D acceleration
Sound (internal speakers)
Windows 2000 Professional loaded with the stylus drivers loaded.
Also this comes with the Fujitsu keyboard, stylus, power adapter and docking station. The docking station adds 2 ps/2 ports, another USB port, a network port, a serial, vga, and parallel port. Battery holds a good charge, about 3 hours or so.
I will also throw in the Linksys wireless PCMCIA card.
