Running ATI X850 Card ... got this problem

Unknown Device
DISPLAY\NTATUVRV01\5&2BE43D19&0&80000008&01&00
ConfigFlags : CONFIGFLAG_FAILEDINSTALL
Device manager shows unknown device after installing latest x64 ATI Catalyst Drivers
Anyone with any ideas what this is and how to fix?

The unknown device is the Rage Theater 200 chip (and uses the AVS T200 Wonder Streaming Driver). In non-AIW cards, it provides VIVO functionality; in AIWs, it also provides fuctionality for the TV tuner. You will need the WDM drivers to fix this issue (if you're running Windows Vista, update to the latest beta Catalysts for Windows Vista, now downloadable from ATI).

This also solved a problem I was having with my x1900 xtx. Thanks

cool just got the WDM drivers. though it would not auto-install the device, I installed the driver manually by pointing windows XP to the driver file. I think all is good now!

THANKS !

I used to have this problem with the 5.x cats with my X850XT, hasn't been a problem since though...
