How to tell if a 2007FP is an IPS or PVA panel?

If I were to go drive to the dell store by my house and pick one of these up - is there anything I could check on the serial / model numbers either on the box or the unit itself that'll tell me if its an IPS of PVA panel?

Or am I gonna have to go in there and buy 10 of em and hope I get at least two IPS's (dual monitor) and return the others?

I think odds are quite low of gettng IPS these days. No markings or indications that I am aware of. Only by running the monitor and checking the service menu, or look for the telltale signs of IPS. Here was mine. I lost you can SAM (for samsung PVA) in the service menu entry. I returned it for other defects and gave up (It was an A00 with banding).
