I always thought Windy / Abee cases are over-rated and not worth the phenomenal price tags they offer. I used to "bash" these cases over at XS.

One week ago, a friend of mine bought one of these cases and he came over to brag.
I was blown away. I was blown away by its mechanism and quality.
So I dicided to open up my wallet. That's right, I seriously ordered one.

It took me awhile to find the right model. Windy offers like 100 different variations and I was really confused which case is the right one. Usually they only make about 20-50 cases per model, meaning 20-50 cases limited world wide.

These are low priced smaller cases. What I consider as "entry."

This is my limit. They have at least 50 more models.

Wow, those look ultra classy.

I might get one, and just set it around to look good.

"What kinda computer do you have?"
"Decoration"
"Oh, well, it looks sweet!"

Really though, I've thought about building a folding comp for a while now, and I was wanting to get a classy looking case, and one of these might do the trick. :)

Shoot us a link to the store.

Holy shit.. and wow. That is all I have to say. These cases are amazing looking. It looks like we finally have some cases popping up that actually look dam good. Please link us up to where we can purchase them from. I know what I'm going with for my next case.

The case in only available in JP.
I can help you find one if you're interested. ;)

wait...they cost at least $400?!

auuughhhh, I cant see myself buying a case that costs more than my entire system. lol

But man, these are the most beautiful cases I've ever seen and I reaaaaaally want that last white one sooo bad.

Still would like details on purchasing info though.

For that much, Id stick with my UFO Opti-1203. Getting more for the buck and can handle hell of lot more. Thats just me tho.

Hmm... the lack of a nice precision cut clear full view window disturbs me. However, the black w/ red interior & white models are super nice.

I think Lian Li Cube offers much higher quality over Mountain Mod's.
Soldam and Abee offers much higher quality over Lian Li.

Where can we find them in the US?

If you want one, I can help you. :)

I think we have a new ATC-110. These are going to be legends if we can get them here in the states.

Hoshino, the founder of Soldam has gone bankrupt.
They usually only make 20 pieces per model so they are harder to get as time goes by.

I was able to order the last Super X10 "MB" SOJ /w dual PCI cooler.
PCI cooler alone costs about $80, but they are usually included in the case.
One of my friends is getting the Deep Purple XR-2.

8) Those cases are teh sex! If I can find one like the Lian Li V2000, I'll order one.

Like this?

Abee AS M3 with optional HD rack on the bottom. You can add racks on top & bottom to expand.

Woh... that AS M3 is one of the coolest designs I've ever seen for expanding room in a computer case. DO WANT

Yeah, I found that one on there website. I would order it tomorrow if I had the funds... The V2000 w/o window is $250, that's about all I'm going to spend one a case. I guess I'm going to have to keep dreaming...:(

They don't ship the states. You must get it through someone who lives in Japan.
I have a relative there so I can get it without much difficulty.
M3 with a bottom HDD rack and VGA cooler + shipping would cost you around $700.
Seriously, it is no joke.

Abee seems to be a lot more expensive than Windy.
I am interested in their M0 model, but I have to wait until next month.
I spent $1500 on cases last 2 monthes.

damn these are nice but do none of them have windows, it would be a same to hide the insides of these
koolance I might have to hit you up man as I am very interested in getting one will just have to check them all out but please keep posting pics man

Someone should buy those companies... seriously. These cases are too nice to be only available in Japan. It's such a waste. I think these cases could seriously overtake Lian-Li and Silverstone and help define a new standard in cases.

Get bigger and the quality will not remain the same. ;)

ok I think for sure we will have to talk k00lance and I can get some prices and stuff just wish I could navigate their site better maybe you could pm me with a price list and pic for the cases:)

Someone really should email the link to this thread to Lian-Li and Silverstone. :D

Don't get me wrong, these look good enough, but I just don't see what sets them apart from Lian-Li or Silverstone besides multi colored aluminum insides, in which, these cases don't even have a full view window to see it - which really doesn't make sense.

What's the purpose of multicolored aluminum insides and color combinations if its not viewable, I mean really. Answer - there is none. I shouldn't have to mod a $500 case simply for viewing purposes.

At least Lian-Li/Silverstone is designed for aesthetics with the enthusiast in mind. They incorporate windows and panels in their designed cases to showcase the artwork inside (if that's your thing). These cases don't do that.

"Elegant" - maybe

"Luxurious" - if a PC case can be called that

"Worlds Most" - not even close

hmmm.. what do these have that *most* Lian-Li and Silverstone cases don't?
- more innovative case feet that actually add to silencing the computer from vibration
- better use of beveled edges on the case design
- nice visible billet pieces that hold the case together (allen wrench hex bolts?)
- sexier aftermarket accessories
- the expandable sections on the AS M3
- some nicer interior designs on the standard and micro atx cases
- awesome looking anodized aluminum interior
- much more futuristic design IMO

Need I go further?

Windows aren't everything. If you want to take it a step more, you can add your own window. These cases are made to look elegant and sleek, without a window. I thought that was pretty obvious.

i have to say no case is worth buying thats more than $200. i'll stick with my li li

- ok, aluminum case feet that fill that capacity can be bought for less than $8.00 - link Plus many of us prefer the aluminum casters Lian-Li provides...

- "better use" of something is always subjective, some prefer the rounded edges (like the LL V-cool series)

- Visible aluminum hex bolts don't make a case more elegant - machined maybe. Most prefer the flush mounted aluminum screws of Lian-Li/Silverstone.

- Lian Li/Silverstone don't offer much for aftermarket goodies, that's because they include most accessories WITH the case.

- expandable sections -ok

- the interior designs are nice, somewhat cramped, but nice - too bad they won't be seen unless you're doing maintenance or updraging. I guess you haven't seen a TJ08 or a Sugo SG03...

- multicolored anodized aluminum is nice. Once again too bad you probably never see them - which negates the purpose of them having a designed color at all. Serious waste.

- futuristic -- um, ok.

Go gurther? I really don't think you can. Whatever preemptive plausible reasoning for comparisons you have stated, you have milked out unsuccesfully to its extent. There just isn't anything else.

Windows may not be 'everything' but once again<---- what purpose does an aesthetically designed interior fill when you won't see it 99% of the time. For posterity? So you can think "Wow, my pc has a cool red aluminum interior, I think I'll open my case so I can look at it for a spell" - then close it back up?

Cases can look swell without a window, but with the way these cases are designed on the interior, a window would make alot more sense - I thought that would be pretty obvious. Silverstone and Lian-Li provide aftermarket AND stock solutions for those who prefer like to display their PC interior artwork.

Once again, why should I have to mod a window into $500.00 case? If this compnay was so on the up and up, it should have its ear to ground about enthusiast interests. Form and function.

zzzz. You honestly can't see that these cases are clearly built to higher specs than a Lian Li or Silverstone? I'm a multiple Lian Li case owner, and it is obvious to me. Everything else is a tasteless opinion.
