looks like the Dell 2407WFP-HC is using a Samsung S-PVA panel after all, there was a lot of talk about it maybe using AMVA, but not the case by the looks of things. I know there was also mention before it was using the LTM240CS panel, so now we have the supporting spec from Samsung :)

Also a new 26" TN Film panel there which I'm sure will bring out some comments :p

slightly off-topic but the LG post was just utter bull. Can't believe LG would go that far lol.

Oh my...I can't begin to imagine the viewing angles on a 26" TN panel. I know that TN technology has come a long way in the past year or so but...I still don't think TN is viable for anything larger than 20".

Come a long way as in cheap storming the industry, but I still see the same poor viewing angles and 6bit +frc color.

If the new Eizo ToastyX tested out have one of the new S-PVA panels, then next gen is going to be a viewing angle hell... :( Not to mention his reports about text...

Can't they for once make sure that their panel is stable and consistent, instead of just boosting the specs a little?
