Desk drawer mod I did few years ago.

Few years ago I had nothing better to do so decided to rip out my fugly beige case and put all the guts into my computer desk drawer.






Within a month I bought an new case. Reason behind this was my drawer were picking up ridiculous amount of dust and fur from 1 dog and 6 cats I had back then. The case was replaced again few months later.

That's nice. How long did it take for cutting? What else did you have to beside cut?

Not much really. This was just a 2 days mod. Rushed and unprepared. Mostly drilling, cutting, and ripping. I basically tore apart my old case and use it's mounts and put them onto the drawers. Broke the back side of the drawer when I cut it then replaced it with 3/4 inch thick oak wood Left a scar on my fingers from the sharp parts inside the old case as I ripped it apart with wrong kind of tools. lol.
