They had a sale last month where the fans were about 60% of the price listed now. They have free shipping though, and if you buy more than one of the type of fan you're interested in the pricing goes down.
Also the 690 comes with three 120mm installed in the front, rear, and one side.
The two top, two side, and bottom (by PS) can fit up to 140mm fans.

For $9.99 thats a pretty good deal, 2 Blue led fans, each fan has 4 leds unlike the 3 antec tricools have. The 690 comes with 3 fans, so two more should do you just fine

There were 3 120mm fans installed on the CM690 I got. Front, back and side.
