the Asus board is a socket 754?
It is an HP board with a HP bios (ie no oc options)?

It is a 754, and I dont believe it has any OC via bios functions. I believe the bios is an "HP-award" bios but would have to check. None of the parts w/ this have ever been OC'd.
 
prices dropped, another 8800GTS added. Last one sold for $250, but I know they have come down in value some in 3 weeks.
