Getting this error on 1 of my boxen:

Reboot helped to fix incoming work but still getting 503 error when attempting to send results...this is digital_exhaust's doing....I know it!

I had the same thing happen over the weekend... it finally sent in. As said above, servers probably full... it will send.

Did you set it to use Internet Explorer when you configed the client.
If you did then reconfig it to not use IE.
Otherwise the client will try to send the work in but not record the results.
Hence it keeps trying to send the work in even if the first attempt is successful.

When ever you get a msg like that and it comes with an address (171.64.122.76) simply ping the addy. No response the server is down.

Yeah, I think the server is full...it's tried multiple servers with no luck.

I know it's not a problem with this boxen as it's sent many units without issue.

Is there any way to force it to check another server for work? Seems kind of silly to just sit there forever waiting.

My normal trick is to switch it off for 5-10 mins.
Hopefully when you re-start it, you get sent to a different server.
But I only do that after the 6-7th attempt to get work, thats the point where it slows right down with the attempts.
