  1. All prices DO NOT include shipping unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges are rounded UP to the nearest dollar.
  2. Local pickup in the Los Angeles area is available and preferred for heavy items (cases, PSUs, etc). If you're doing local pickup, payment must be cash (no check/MO).
  3. I accept non-CC paypal, cashier's check, and money orders. NON-CC Paypal strongly preferred (I will no longer accept CC payments via Paypal). Local pickup is cash only. Payment must clear before I ship your items. I ship to verified Paypal Addresses only, via FedEx or UPS (up to you; USPS is too much of a hassle for me).
  4. I will not ship first, sorry. Heat and eBay are under engiNURD. Please leave heat, and I'll return the favor.
  5. I strongly prefer to ship to the continental US only.
  6. No returns. I cannot offer any warranty, sorry. If the item is still under warranty through the manufacturer and you need to RMA it, I'll help you get it RMA'd through the manufacturer. I test things before I ship them, and if they work, they ship. If they don't work, I won't ship it and I'll refund your money. If it doesn't work for you, I have no way of telling whether it was damaged by you or not. If the package is damaged, do not accept it from FedEx/UPS.
  7. Most things come with original packaging unless otherwise noted. I'll try to include as many accessories that originally came with the item as I can.
  8. Everything is used, unless otherwise noted.
  9. I'll try my best to get your item shipped out as soon as possible after receiving payment. Please understand that I do have a busy schedule and most likely won't be able to ship things very quickly, especially if you have large orders or if I need to test some items. If I forget to send you the tracking number, send me a reminder via PM.
  10. If enough people are interested in the individual parts of a Combo, I may part it out. Call dibs if interested.

SHIPPING INFO

To estimate shipping on your own, most single items are 5lbs. If its a combo of items, like a cpu/mobo/ram, it will most likely be under 10lbs. I mainly ship via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, so small weight changes don't matter much. You can guesstimate the size of the box needed (weight matters more than size of packaging). I double box and use packing peanuts. You can use zipcode 90210 for estimates. PM me with your zipcode for more precise shipping charge estimates. FYI, shipping to your workplace is best, since there's a $2+ surcharge for FedEx Home Delivery.
