My coworker can't print to a shared printer due to the Trend Micro Internet Security Firewall he insists on using. I allowed tcp/udp to the ip address the printer is attached to... and allowed incoming dns port 53...
This worked fine all day yesterday with trend micro running.
Today when he came in and tried to print, nothing happened.
It works when I shut down Trend Micro... but he's pretty into this program running.
Any other ports I should open?
Why can't they just have a checkbox for File/Printer Sharing to make it easier?
