Laser Carved Pumpkins
Technically, when it comes to carving a pumpkin, this is cheating but using of a laser to carve your pumpkin is a whole new level of nerdhood so I couldn't pass this up.

Doesn't look that good. They should try milling it or even using waterjet so you can get that clean cut.

Pumpkins are supposed to be seen with lights shining from within, so you can ooh and ahh at night, not just have a damn picture drawn on/in the surface

I also don't like how it's not cutting very deep. I expected some more impressive sculpting like these:

Can't forget to mention the god-awful smell they make while being lasered... we did some at work a few years ago... shudder... but we did laser through the whole way for cutouts.
