Post BF deals here.

If you don't have a deal or a link to a deal, DO NOT post in this thread.

Not so much deals as it is information. Frys is trying to spread out their black Friday sales so you will probably get better deals now then on black friday on certain things. Also they have a Intel quad core combo for $130.

Linky?? B&M only?

I found a couple of deals that look warm:

Simple wireless N router for $20. No MIR hassles.

I own this GPS. Awesome. Paid $400 for it about a 1.5 yrs. ago. Been amazing. Recently I did some price comparisons. Walmart has it for like $154. Fry's will have no tax for many, and free shipping. Good little GPS. Has waas and TTS, does all the MP3 and photo crap. Not too shabby.

Target will be selling the following lcd TV on Black Friday. Now why wouldn't this make a great pc monitor? They haven't released the sale price yet, but if its $200, I'm grabbing one.

in the BB B&M add there was the polk 10" for $99 on BF, I may be snagging that myself..

Acer 22" LCD = $130 after mail-in rebate.

$180 - $50 mib = $130.

Hard to see the $15 coupon, but it may apply making the 22" LCD $115 after all the rebates.

If you don't want to mess with mail in rebates here is a 22" for $152 shipped. It's a "pre black friday" special.

I own both the Envision they're selling at Geeks.com (bought it two years ago on BF) and this 22" Acer. The Acer is a great buy if you are going to send in the rebate and get it back for sure. The Envision is a vastly superior monitor. For my zip code it's $152 shipped, no mail in rebate required. If you want to know why the Envision is a better screen, just PM me. I don't want to clutter this thread up any more than I already have.

I work at Staples (obviously) and there are some decent deals...Just to name a few:

Kodak c913 9.2MP Digital camera + 1gb SD card + Canon Photo Printer = $79.99 (AR I think)

HP G50-109NR laptop = $399.99

15" wide screen
Athlon X2 QL-60 Dual Core Processor
2GB Ram
120 GB Hard Drive
Vista Premium
5.83lbs

There are some odd other ones here and there.

These deals are for Staples store 1535 (philadelphia, andorra shopping center) so Steve_010, if you're looking for camera and/or laptop, come hit me up :)

Obviously your results may vary but I think those are 2 of the nicer deals in my opinions but I haven't checked the entire sheet. There are a fair amount though but they're locked in the managers office (even though it's all over the internet) so I can't get a fair peak at it.

Enjoy. And keep in mind we have limited quantity. We have about 6 laptops and 8 cameras so don't expect to get there at noon and find it.

The Staples BF ad I saw posted on Slickdeals looked extremely underwhelming. Sorry to threadcrap, but you guys have very few decent deals this holiday season.

Only Microcenter, so far, has any good deals on or near Black Friday, and they're this weekend.

I agree 100% with you tbh but for our store they're pretty decent. People who are afraid to buy online (or don't know about microcenter which is about 30 minutes away from us) will pounce on this shit. We have a SHITTY selection of computer stuff. We have about 3 desktops and 8 laptops in the store but sometimes we get some nice deals. The other week we had a nice compaq desktop for $400 (2.2ghz intel e2200 dual core, 320gb, 3 gigs of ram) which imo isn't bad for staples stuff but other then that we have shit.

Our GPU selection is horrible though (and i make sure to tell the managers all the time). Our best gpu's are a 8500gt and a 9500gt ($150 each -_- ). We have 8400GS, 7500GS, ect (basically all the worse GPU's of each category. But long story short, for an office store of staples, those 2 deals deserve some mention.

Where can I find those deals!!!!???

(I would've typed in allcaps, but I don't want to be rude:D)

Ok so Walmart has their ad up...one thing I noticed was the FREE IPOD TOUCH. Here is the link (scroll down the ad)...I cannot figure out why and how this will be possible. Do you have to buy something first? I looked but did not see how.

and here:

***edit*** I posted it to show a deal...but I didnt think it was legit, so I asked...sorry about that guys ;)

This is just a mistake. They have this in several sections. The item isn't free, just the person typing up the BFads page didn't get the price in there right. Human.

And just as a reminder (not to you, RX3) posts need to be accompanied by links or ads or something that is a deal. I don't think this thread is for discussion (note the post at the very top)

I apologize for my non-linking ad, but I just wanted to remind folks. There is another thread here where discussion of this thread is appropriate. Please only post deals here.

I apologize for my non-linked post above, but I was requesting that an above poster that mentioned Microcenter give a link, or an ad scan, or some more information about Microcenter deals.

Thanks!

Staples will have 19" e-machine widescreen monitors for 119.99 ;) on black friday.

This is either a surface-of-the-sun Hot deal, or a really weak sauce Cyber Monday discount.

Mwave currently has the Netgear Rangemax Wireless N Gigabit Router with 4-Port switch for 99.99. Link.

On December 1st, they say it will be $90 OFF! Scroll down to Networking.Link.

Now, that means one of two things: (1) it's going to cost $10 or (2) they are dropping the MWave discount on it currently from $80 off to $90 off, bringing it down to an incredibly lame $89.99.

Call me pessimistic, but I bet the $100 off I see (don't know where you got $80) will change to $90 off, making the final price $109.99, $10 MORE than it costs now. People will still buy it.

For the NRA among us, B1G1 50% off ammo at dicks...
not really tech, but you wont see that offer next year, I promise

and on a real left field, Harbor Tool will be having a huge sale, and last time they did they had 6 foot HDMI cables for like 4-5 bucks, not a bad deal there, I cant tell the dif between my 5 dollar one and my 18 dollar one.

Just adding ideas to the horde

Any decent Wii Console deals this black friday? Wife and kids want one this Christmas.

FTW

Get a feel for a good price, then pounce!

Remember as a HardOCP reader you WILL be disappointed in the Wii after the newness wears off. Last year I wanted an xbox 360 for the kids, wife wanted the Wii; we got the Wii. Guess what we are buying this year? Yup, the 360.

My girlfriends dad works at walmart he said black friday they're doing a xbox 360 6games and 1 of thems guitar queero $199. Dont know what other games thats all he said.

edit: I dont think it's true because doing a search other sources are saying different things I guess we will find out friday,

This guy is 100% right.

Bought a 360 and haven't looked back. There's simply a level of "serious" gaming that the Wii can't touch. Heck, even the PS3 would fall in line there too: I'd still take the 360 over the PS3 anyday!

That said I've been told some Staples are going to have notebooks for a pretty decent price. HP with 3GB of RAM and Vista Home Premium for $400.

I can't verify this right now, but I caught wind of a rumored Wii sale for the console (with the included nunchuck and wii-mote) plus a game, I think, plus three more nunchucks and three more wii-motes. And I heard the price is rumored to be somewhere between $225-$250. I also heard that it's going to be at Sam's Club, and with very limited quantities - definitely an early bird.
