8400M GS vs 9200GS...big difference? Looking for a laptop

I'm looking for a laptop, I'm not really looking to game with it although a halfway decent video card would be nice. I think I've narrowed it down to the HP dv4t (9200) and the Dell XPS M1330 (8400). Any comments?
 
8400M GS vs 9200M GS

8400M GS is an older chip with a core clock of 450mhz and is only a 64bit - interface. Its memory bandwidth is at 6.4GB/s and texture filrate at 3.6 billion texels/fillrate

9200M GS on the other hand, is a newer chip with a higher core clock of 550mhz with a 128-bit memory interface bus and memory bandwidth is 12.8 GB/s with a texture fillrate of 4.4 billion texels/fillrate. It also supports the 2nd generation PureVideo technology and Hybrid Power technlogy.

Final ----> 9200M GS.
