Hi all I was wondering if you could give me some much needed advice.
These are the spec"s of my present system
INTEL Q6600 Quad Core
ASUS P5QL-Pro Mobo
4 Gig Ocz DDR2
BFG 9800 GTX
780 watt PS
I am on my second RMA BFG card And I am still seeing artifacts in my game"s.WOW,Warhammer,COD 4,Stalker Clear Skie"s.etc, etc You get the drift..
I now have an Leadtech 7800 Gtx From my dad"s computer with absolutely no problem"s at all.
I am thinking of going with a 4850 series video card (I am sick of all the nVIDIA problem"s)
Here"s some links of the card"s in my budget.

Any help would be great. Thx

Sorry to hear all your problems. What resolution are you gaming at? If you're gaming in higher res' then go with the 1gb version.

hey Haxor yeah the 4850 would keep you very happy with that res. Im selling my asus 4850 with an Arctic Cooling S1 Rev2, I live in the GTA. Send me a priv message if you are interested.

Grab a 512MB then for 1280x1024. That will be more than enough for what your gaming at and you will save yourself $30. At that resolution you won't notice any difference between the 2 cards, it'll be more than enough for all the AA/AF you want already.

Get the 512MB, it would be better because of the higher clock speed and it also has a better cooler, since you are using a low resolution monitor, you don't need 1GB.
