Windows 7 RC Sleep Issue fixed

This fixed the problem on my two machines. There are two places to make changes.

First, to stop unwanted wake-ups, disable the wake on lan setting in your network adapter properties:



Second, to fix the problem of not waking up at all when you click the mouse, make the two changes shown here in power options:



That seems to have fixed it up for me.
