samahh: If any, what are the differences between the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of this game?
Ryan-IW: To samahh The experiences on both platforms are AWESOME! So there isn't a difference between the PS3 or 360 versions.
bnogradi28: Can you go into more depth about the third-person mode and how you will be able to use it.
Mackey-IW: 3rd person is limited to a few playlists, and it's always enabled for all players when you're in such a playlist. It's a lot of fun when you want some variety. The look is similar to spectating a game. Note that not all the attachments and perks are as useful in 3rd person.
nkrull: Is the tactical nuke an immedeate win for your team as it is shown in one video?

Ryan-IW: To ModernWarfare69 We get most of our ideas from real weapons being fielded right now from multiple military and other operating sources. We strive to make each weapon look and feel as they would in real life.

xxTex: Can explain how IW.net works for the PC platform?
Mackey-IW: PC has no common provider of matchmaking like on xbox360, so to have match making on the PC we had to create IW.Net, kind of similar to the match making networks created for RTS games on PC. This was not a trivial undertaking, although it's understandable that these days consumers may take match match making for granted.
LeachKing4: what new game modes will be introduced?
Ryan-IW: To LeachKing4 In MP, a new game mode we have is Demolition. I'd have to say its one of my personal favorites as one team's objective is to detonate two targets. It gets really heavy when one target is detonated and all the focus is shifted to one target, leading to all kinds of crazy moments you'd see in only in MW2
Mackey-IW: Currently the only classic map available in MW2 is Wasteland, which is based on the popular Call of Duty 1 map, Brecourt.
Mackey-IW: Which was one of my favorite CoD maps, personally.
Mackey-IW: MW2 supports games from 1v1 in Cagematch all the way up to 9v9 in the Ground War playlist.

Mackey-IW: The max number of players on all platforms are 1v1 through 9v9. This is the number of players we focused on when we were balancing map size, perks, classes, challenges, etc.

Ryan-IW: First of all toxicinzanity, you should'nt skip school. Trust us at IW, school is really important! In response to your question, we have a deathstreak called "painkiller" that gives you a few seconds of more health. It really helps when you're getting beat down and it gives you a fighting chance.
MW2Fan: If my computer can handle COD World at War, Can it handle MW2
