Just got my 4890 installed last night and am having some issues. One being that when I open a video file that will play in MPC-HC with DXVA, my screen does a quick flicker and then its fine. Same things happens when I close MPC-HC. Non DXVA videos videos don't cause it to happen.

Win 7 x64 - Cat 9.11

Being that it is a very minor quirk, I wouldn't be too concerned. If the screen was flickering during playback then that's something different.

Hopefully the 9.12's fix this though as its quite annoying.

it flickers cause DXVA is using your UVD clocks, and your UVD memory clock doesnt match your current memory clock, so the screen flickers when the memory clock changes
have CCC overdrive panel open and you'll see the clocks change when you open the video

The area circled is what the clocks did when I opened the video and then closed it.

I can understand the Core clock going from 240Mhz to 500Mhz, but why does the Memory clock drop?
