great receiver. lots of hdmi 1.4a inputs, decent power, internet radio, usb input for playing files off flash drives, pioneer's mcacc room tuning utility works amazingly well.. a good assortment of surround modes that you can change with the iphone app (which is better than tabbing through them all on the remote, imo). I am quite happy with my 1020.
