Rare Biostar M7NCG Matx w/MCP-T: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-138-215R&type=Refurbish b-inlaw has one, worked flawlessly over 1 year so far. The 2 later revisions have FULL oc options.

Thx, i kinda thought so too. While the NF2 platform is a little long in the tooth for a main rig, its still a killer feature-filled option for htpc's. An m-atx mobo with dual channel, IGP, Soundstorm/Dolby on the fly, firewire etc is a steal at $60 imho. Heck they both oc to varying degress as well.
