Threads Asking About Bypassing Proxy Servers and Other Network Restrictions

Now that school is back in session, I'd like to reiterate the HardForum's policy on bypassing restrictions on networks you might be using at school or at work. The bottom line is you don't. If you ask here, the thread will be locked. Period.
