After we agree on a price I will ship the item, take a picture of the item being shipped along with tracking/confirmation, and then I would like payment at THAT TIME, not 2 days later, not 10 days later. I shipped some things out on ebay and to be nice I shipped first...I got burnt and I don't want this to happen again. I will charge the actual shipping charges in addition to the listed prices...
