Site isnt even pingable.BTW I know this isnt the best place for this, but there is no general discussion forum so....
 
its not down, i had something called cac!!!!!ter coming up on my system, it came up like i could not reach their site and gave the 404 but in my addy line it was a cac!!!!!ter crap, just a few min ago, and im not sure where it came from, ran adaware and it got rid of it. may have been a different problem but look anyway
 
Weird some dude just down from here says tge same thing......i jgot my order confirmation in my email a couple of minutes ago and I just logged back into my account at the egg........
 
on a different machine now, still no dice. Weird.
ALl I want to do is pricecheck some soundcards :LOL:

works for me. and i refreshed the page a few times and it still works

God i hate IE. But i hate that newegg is down more :(

I would have to assume that the server is in cali. If the page loads in cali, it sound like a routing issue for all of the rest of us. Wonder if the newegg people know :(
 
I hope its back up tomorrow morning. I gotta get 6 250 gig maxtors ordered for one of our promise arrays at work :eek:

Not really they are dirt damn cheap though.......the last soundcard I bought was an audigy for like 50 on sale at the egg.
 
they're gonna have problems if they can't reach their site from here (nj). they have a warehouse here i think, that can't be good...

I am actually thinking of going a little higher up the chain.

Turtle beach Catalina. 7.1, hardwaree DSP, toslink out. I can keep my Santa Cruz for my lan rig, and use this for my HTPC, as its optical out will be MUCH better than any other interface
