The web/email host for the company I work for is currently on www.cwihosting.com econo plan, which is shared hosting. Every so often we get blocked from sending email to AOL accounts, and some others, because we are IP blocked due to spam. I don't think its our users that are doing it, my guess is its someone else on our server.

It sounds like our only options are to ask CWI to switch our account to a different shared server, or pay the extra $$ for dedicated hosting. I really don't think the boss would pay for dedicated, and if we hosted it ourselves, it would most likely become my headache.

Is there anything else we can try? I've found that if I resolve our domain to an IP address, then reverse DNS that address, I get a cwihosting.com address. Is it possible to set that up to reverse lookup to our domain, and would that help? Unfortunately, we just signed up for another year w/ CWI in november.
