I've got 4 sticks of 512MB Samsung TCCC pc3200. It's TCCC, so it's good for pc4000 or ddr500 speeds. It's the same chips that corsair uses in their pc3700 or ddr466, and kingston uses the chips in their pc4000. They are not "matched" sticks but they were literally manufactured the same month and year, same batch codes.

280Mhz 3-4-3-5 1T 2.63v on the DFI UT NF3
285Mhz 3-4-3-5 1T 2.85v memtest stable
250MHz 2.5-3-3-7 1T at 2.5v
265MHz 2.5-4-3-5 is the highest/low latency speed I've gotten it to.

I am planning a budget build for my sister and I could be interested in one of them.
 
All of the TCCC is sold. I've got some other odds and ends I'll be posting for sale in a bit.
