*Unofficial* fix for WMF exploit

An unofficial patch for the WMF exploit has been released. It allows you to keep shimgvw.dll registered so that thumbnails, etc still work.

A webserver I help manage was dishing out that vuln before the 0 day announcement, reported to CERT after i tested on som vpc boxes, it was hilarious i had like 20 or so wmf's downloaded onto my mac and i was just laughing about it.
