Can somebody tell me if this is unlocked and/or overclockable?

0251??? that's an oldie...made in...well...the 51'st week of 02...

i'd say you're pretty safe as far as the lock is concerned...
overclockable? mileage varies...
 
Never seen anyone with good luck out of the 2200's

Jihub XPMW 251 is the best chip i have 2500+ mhz.
 
Hm. Alright. I'm giving it to a friend as a gift. Just hope it'll do 15x133MHz :)
