EVGA PSU - VGA or PCI-e confusion?

I have a bunch of Modular EVGA PSUs. When I got them, I didn't label the "black bags" that had the cables in them. Additionally, some have been moved around or some bags consolidated. Now I have a 550-GA and I don't know which cable to use for a VGA card. These cables seemed to be pinned different according to my DMM.

How have you guys handled this situation?

Sometimes you can find some writing or markings on cables to clue you in from review/sell sites.
