I've been using my new Keychron Q1 HE for a few days and love just about everything it has to offer. Build quality is outstanding. You could use this heavy keyboard as a bludgeoning weapon if you run out of ammo during the zombie apocalypse. Adding 2.4GHz wireless was long overdue and works so...
After just a few hours gaming/typing on this keyboard I'm sold on magnetic switches. The customization options are pretty fucking cool. I'll give this keyboard a real workout over the next few days. I've got several 100+ page documents to edit/rewrite before the end of the month.
I've used Google Drive for offsite backups, but Backblaze looks interesting. At $9/month, it's also cheaper than GD and bypasses any need to rely on Google for security. Thanks for the tip, LukeTbk and wareyore!
As for HDD storage, I use a couple of 12TB Seagate Ironwolf Pro drives for my most...

Got a "your product is now in-stock" notice from Keychron, this morning. Impulse overwhelmed reason and I bought the Q1 HE sitting in my cart. Hope I don't regret it.
EDIT: Shipped today (y)

My misadventures with the 8 Pro have taken another maddening twist. Battery life has gotten better as of late, but the fingerprint scanner has become a steaming pile of excrement. No matter how many times I scan and rescan and rescan and rescan my finger/thumb prints, the FPS fails and goes to...
I've purchased several Keychrons over the past 5+ years. Build quality always has been solid, but Bluetooth connectivity to PC was lousy. It's a common complaint with Keychron. Ironically, BT to Apple devices (MacBook, iPad Pro, iPhone) worked fine.
I'm strongly considering Keychron's new Q1...
